What is your minimum order?
From 600 pieces per style on chunky-gauge sweaters, 1,000–2,000 on knit and woven programmes. Colour and size splits are agreed with the mill, not imposed by us.
How fast can I see a sample?
A counter-sample leaves Dhaka within 3–7 days of a complete tech pack. Complex constructions get an alternative costed alongside the original.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes — the mill nominated for your programme is named to you before you confirm. We arrange the visit, and if you cannot travel we will walk the floor on video with you.
Do you handle shipping documents?
We prepare the export file, mark and check the cartons, and hand over to the forwarder you nominate — then follow up until arrival.
