Ten things we confirm at every partner mill.
A factory only enters our network after this list is clean — and we re-check it before each season, not once at signing.
- Valid RSC / ACCORD structural, fire and electrical clearance
- Social audit on file and within date
- No child or forced labour, verified on site
- Wages at or above the legal minimum, paid on time
- Working hours and overtime records available
- Functioning grievance channel for workers
- Fire exits, alarms and drills checked in person
- Effluent and waste handling for wash and dye units
- Chemical inventory and restricted-substance policy
- Written no-unapproved-subcontracting undertaking
Fair production, priced honestly
Prices are agreed so the mill can pay properly and still hit your delivery. Squeezing a factory is how quality and ethics fail at the same time — so we show you the cost build-up instead of hiding a margin inside it.
Nothing is subcontracted quietly
Your order is made where we said it would be made. If capacity has to move, you are told before it moves, with the alternative factory’s compliance status attached.
Accountability in writing
Mabroor is a registered local trading company. When something goes wrong it is ours to resolve — not the factory’s to absorb, and not yours to chase across a time zone.
For new buyers
Start small. Audit us on a trial order.
You do not have to move a season to find out whether we are any good. Place one style, watch the reporting, inspect the goods, and decide from there. We would rather earn the second order than oversell the first.
